Directions to Westover Plantation

From the East:

Follow Route 10 West to Route 106 North.  Turn right onto Route 106 (north), and cross the James River via the Benjamin Harrison Bridge.  Proceed to Route 5 and turn right on Route 5.  Follow Route 5 for approximately 4 miles.  Turn right at the Herring Creek Market, to go to Berkeley Plantation/Westover Plantation (very well marked with signs).  Just past the Herring Creek Market, the road splits.  Bear left at the split, and follow the gravel road for approximately 2 miles, to Westover Plantation.  Park as indicated on signage.

Follow I64 West to Route 155 South.  Proceed on Route 155 South until it ends at Route 5.  Turn right onto Route 5 (west), and follow Route 5 for approximately 7 miles.  Turn left at the Herring Creek Market, to go to Berkeley Plantation/Westover Plantation (very well marked with signs).  Just past the Herring Creek Market, the road splits.  Bear left at the split, and follow the gravel road for approximately 2 miles, to Westover Plantation.  Park as indicated on signage.

From the West:

From Richmond:

• Get on I-64 East , and exit 295 South (or, you can take Rt. 5 directly from Richmond).
• Take 295, and exit onto Rt. 5 East (Varina/Charles City)
• Take Rt. 5 for approximately 10 miles, and turn right at the Herring Creek Market, to go to Berkeley Plantation/Westover Plantation (very well marked with signs on Rt. 5).
• Just past the Herring Creek Market, the road splits, bear left at the split, and follow the gravel road for approximately 2 miles, to Westover Plantation.
• Park as indicated on signage.
